What to Expect
Discovery Session
In our kick-off discovery session, we’ll discuss your current challenges and goals, where you need the most support, and what success looks like.
Engage
Typical leadership team engagements last three and six months and consist of bi-weekly in-person or virtual meeting attendance and ongoing projects.
Working Together
Once Jackie gets to know your team, your organization, and your goals, she’ll get to work helping you grow through strategic people development. You’ll come to see her as part of your leadership team, advising on decisions, digging deep on issues, and working through challenges.
